Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat eggs one at a time, adding a little flour with each. Pour into half - fill paper cases and put teaspoon jam as you pour a little from mixture and complete till half of the case or greased patty tins with the mixture. Bake at 190c for about 20 minutes until firm. When cool, cut a slice from the top of each cake, cut this in half. Place a little Whipped cream, I have used Hopla' or you can use custard, butter cream or any cream on each cake and arrange 'wings' on cake. Decorate with colored vermicelli and sprinkle a little icing sugar --)
