     Hot Chicken Salad

Ingredients
2 cups diced cooked chicken
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1 cup sliced celery
1 cup sliced water chestnuts
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 Tb. lemon juice
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup crumbled canned french fried onion rings
 
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Combine everything except the last two ingredients. Turn into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Combine onion rings and cheese and sprinkle over chicken mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
You can substitute canned crisp chow mein noodles for the French fried onion rings.
Serving Suggestions
Recipe can be doubled or tripled for a large party.
