     Andy's Broiled Fish

Ingredients
aluminum foil
any type of fish, but salmon and swordfish work well
1 cup white wine
1 generous pat of butter for each piece of fish
capers
2-3 cloves of garlic, crushed
juice of 1 lemon
 

Instructions
Line a broiler pan with foil. Wash fish and pat dry. Arrange fish in broiler pan. Pour wine over fish. Place generous pats of butter on top of each fish piece; add capers on top also. Place fresh crushed garlic in bottom of broiler pan. Sprinkle the fish with the lemon juice.
Broil fish until flaky; spoon juice over fish and serve immediately.
