Crust- Combine Oreo crumbs with butter. Press into
bottom and halfway up side of 9 inch springform pan.
Set in refrigerator to firm.
Filling- Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla
together in large bowl until smooth and well
combined. Gently stir in topping or whipped cream,
then add Oreo crumbs and chopped Oreos; gently mix
until just combined. Pour filling into crust;
smooth top. If desired, top with additional Oreo
crumbs. Refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours.
Makes 16 servings
