     Grape cream desserts

Ingredients
350g cream cheese or ricotta
2 tbsp milk
2 tbsp double light cream or single cream
3 tbsp sugar(I have use 2tbsp sugar cause the jelly was sugar free, 1tbsp had to be for the jelly)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
Blackcurrant jelly (1 pkt of 23g)
2 tbsp Cointreau or Curacao (used Curacao)
Chocolate Chips
225g black grapes
 

Instructions
In a bowl, beat the cream cheese with the milk, cream, 2 tbsp of the sugar, chocolate chips, and the vanilla. Divide mixture between 3-4 serving glasses and chill for 1 hour. Melt the blackcurrant jelly and the remaining sugar in a saucepan, see the recipe of the jelly at the back of the packet. Add Curacao or Cointreau and allow to cool, put it in the fridge to set. Wash grapes and divide between glasses. Spoon the blackcurrant mixture over the grapes, then serve immediately with crisp biscuits if you want --) Far extra taste you can add another 1 tbsp of the liqueur.
