180g dessicated coconut
|

100ml milk

130g morning coffee biscuits, crushed

120g butter, melted
|

120g sugar
|

100g milk chocolate
|

100g white chocolate

Instructions |

|
Mix melted butter,milk, coconut and biscuits.
|
|
|
Place in spring-form pan and spread out evenly.
Place in freezer for 30 minutes.
|
|
|
Melt both chocolates together.
Take out pan and cover coconut mixture evenly with
chocolate.
|
|
|
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Serve
|
