1 pint baby bella mushrooms

2 teaspoons dried parsley
|

1 medium onion chopped

3 cloves fresh minced garlic or 1/8 teaspoon dried

1/2 cup pecorino cheese
|

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
|
|
4 eggs, beaten
|
|
2 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs

Instructions |

|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
|
|
|
In a large bowl mix all ingredients (except breadcrumbs) until creamy.
|
|
|
Gradually mix in breadcrumbs until the mixture is stiff enough to shape into balls. Form 2 inch balls and place on cookie sheets.
|
|
|
Bake 18 minutes until bottoms are browned.
