     Fudge Brownie Protein Bars

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups black beans (if canned, drained and rinse well)
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
7 tablespoons chocolate protein powder
scant 1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup maple syrup
3 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons sugar
 
1/3 to 2/3 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine all ingredients (except chocolate chips) in a food processor and blend until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips to mixture and pour into 8x8 pan.
Bake for 16 minutes. They will not look fully cooked. Press down with pancake spatula. Refrigerate overnight and then cut.
