Ingredients
2 pounds elbow macaroni
12 eggs
1 C cubed belveeta cheese
2 sticks butter melted
6 C half and half , divided
4 C grated sharp cheddar, divided
2 C white cheddar
1 12 C grated mozzerella
1 C grated Asiago
 
1 C grated Gruyere
! C grated Monterey Jack
1 C grated Muenster
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbl black pepper

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325. Boil macaroni until sightly al dente. drain and sett aside Whisk eggs until frothy... Add the velveeta, butter and 2 C half and half to the eggs...add the warm macaroni, tossing until the cheese has melted and the mixture is smooth. add the remaining half and half and 3 C of the sharp yellow cheddar and the remaining cheeses, salt and pepper, tossing until completely combined in the large bowl
Pour the mixture into a large baking dish. Bake 30 minutes. Sprinkle with the remaining cup of sharp yellow cheese and bake until golden brown on top about 30 minutes more...serve hot
