In a large bowl, combine first five ingredients.

|
|
Microwave chocolate until melted.
|
|
|
|
Pour over cereal mixture and mix together well.
|
|
|
|
Spread on cookie sheets covered with wax paper. Cool and break apart.
Ready to eat!
