     Twice Baked Potato Casserole

Ingredients
6-8 large potaoes - peeled and cooked
3 Tbsp. milk
1/2 cup of butter, softened
3/4 cup sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
bacon bits
 

Instructions
Mash potatoes with butter and milk. Stir in sour cream and salt and pepper.
Put in the refrigerator or freeze.
Before baking top with 1 cup cheddar cheese. Sprinkle bacon bits over the cheese.
Bake for 1 hour at 300 degrees if it was refrigerated or 20 mins. at 400 degrees if frozen.
