     Sunrise Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
2 pkgs. (12 ozs. each) Johnsonville Breakfast Sausage Links
9 eggs
3 c. milk
1 1/2 t. ground mustard
1 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1 pkg. (30 ozs.) frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
2 c. (8 ozs.) shredded 4-cheese mexican blend
1/2 c. diced red bell pepper
 
1/3 c. thinly sliced green onions
salsa or picante sauce
can substitute premade sausage crumbles for links

Instructions
Arrange sausages on an ungreased 15 in. 10x1 inch baking pan. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes, turning links once or until sausage is cooked through and lightly browned; drained. Allow to cool slightly. Slice sausages into 1/4 inch coins. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk and seasonings. Add sausage, hash browns, cheese, bell pepper and onions. Pour into a greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 mins. before baking. Bake, uncovered at 350 for 65-70 minutes or util a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serve with salsa or picante sauce.
