Ingredients
Flan-
1 can condensed milk (Bordens)
1 small can (5.5 oz) evaporated milk
equal part water (5.5 oz)
5 egg yolks
1 T vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
Caramel Glaze-
1/2 cup white sugar
 

Instructions
Flan- put small amt of condensed milk with egg yolks, blend well. Put in large bowl and mix rest of ingredients.
Caramel Glaze- in top of double boiler, melt .5 cup sugar stirring constantly. Carefully coat bottom and sides with liquified sugar.
Pour flan liquid mixture into pan, carefully. Fill bottom of double boiler with water and simmer for approximately 1.5 hours covered.
Just by dipping fork into water and then flan, when it's clean, it's done. Cool completely before inverting
