|
Flan- put small amt of condensed milk with egg yolks, blend well. Put in large bowl and mix rest of ingredients.

Caramel Glaze-
in top of double boiler, melt .5 cup sugar stirring constantly. Carefully coat bottom and sides with liquified sugar.

|
|
Pour flan liquid mixture into pan, carefully. Fill bottom of double boiler with water and simmer for approximately 1.5 hours covered.
|
|
|
Just by dipping fork into water and then flan, when it's clean, it's done. Cool completely before inverting
