     HONEY/APPLESAUCE SNACK CAKE

1 C. WHITE WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
1 TSP. BAKING POWDER
1/4 TSP. BAKING SODA
1/2 TSP. CINNAMON
1/4 TSP. PUMPKIN PIE SPICE
1/2 TSP. SALT
1 EGG
1/2 C. UNSWEET APPLESAUCE
1/2 C. HONEY
 
2 TB. OIL
1 TSP. VANILLA
1 TSP. GRATED ORANGE ZEST
3 TB. ORANGE JUICE, DIVIDED
1/2 C. POWDER SUGAR

Instructions
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350F. COAT A 9 IN. ROUND CAKE PAN WITH SPRAY. IN A MED. BOWL, WHISK TOGETHER FLOUR, BAKING POWDER, SODA, CINNAMON, PUMPKIN PIE SPICE, & SALT. IN A MED. BOWL,WHISK TOGETHER EGG, APPLESAUCE, HONEY, OIL ,VANILLA, ORANGE ZEST, AND 1 TB. ORANGE JUICE. POUR WET INGREDIENTS INTO DRY INGREDIENTS AND WKISK, FOLDING IN UNTIL SMOOTH. POUR IN PAN, BAKE UNTIL YHE TOP IS GOLDEN BROWN, 25 TO 30 MIN. COOL 10 MIN. AND REMOVE TO COOL. GLAZE- IN A SMALL BOWL, WHISK TOGETHER THE REMAINING ORANGE JUICE, AND THE POWDERED SUGAR. DRIZZLE OVER CAKE.
