Flank steak
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup dry sherry
1/4-1/2 ginger
1-2 tbsp sugar (to taste)
2 cloves garlic
1 onion (cut in wheels)
Corn starch 2 tsp

Instructions
Marinade- Mix the soy sauce, sherry, ginger, sugar, garlic and onions into a bowl.
Cut the meat across the grain into thin strips. Put the meat in a bowl or ziplock bag. Add marinade to the meat. Marinade for a few hours or over night.
Remove onions from the marinade. With a paper towel or cheese cloth squeeze out the marinade from the meat. Save the marinade.
Place oil in a pan on medium/high heat. Fry the meat in small batches until the meat turns brown. Place meat in a platter. After finishing frying the meat, add the onions to the pan.
