Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil and put layers of crackers on it. Melt 2 sticks butter and add sugar, bring to a boil and boil for 3 minutes stirring constantly and spread over crackers. Bake at 350 for 5 minutes. Sprinkle chocolate chips & spread with spatula. Put in freezer until chocolate chips set and break into pieces.
