In microwave, heat marshmallows and milk until almost melted add cream cheese.
Add cottage cheese and beat together until well blended, and a good texture. Add one small container of cool whip mix good. Refrigerate 1 hour and add drained mandarin oranges still and refrigerate 2-3 hours Serve
