     Layer Lettuce Salad

Ingredients
1 head lettuce choppped
1 large onion sliced
1 pd bacon fried crisp and crumbled
1 head cauliflower cut into flowerettes
1 pkg frozen peas - thawed
1/4 cup sugar
2 cups Mayo (lite)
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
 
Instructions
Layer ingredients in the order listed. Mix sugar, mayo, and parmesan together spread over top and refrigerat. Best made the night before. Mix before serving.
