Marinade Meat over night
|

|
Pack on to wood skewers alternating beef and pork cubes and season with favorite seasoning salt.

|
beat milk and egg mixture together. roll in milk and egg and then in the crumbled saltines. repeat. top with more seasoning salt.
|
|
|
brown in a skillet and then load on a baking sheet to finish cooking, leaving about 1 inch between each skewer for air circulation for 45 min turning twice.
