     Dromedary® Baked Pimiento and Cheese Dip, a

Ingredients
16-oz. cream cheese, softened
8-oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
8-oz. Colby-Jack cheese, shredded
(2) 4-oz. jars or (1) 7-oz jar diced or sliced Dromedary® pimientos, drained and rinsed -
¼ c. sour cream
3 T. canned jalapeños, chopped
1 T. hot sauce
 

Instructions
Directions- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Spoon into greased 2 qt. baking dish. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Yields 12 servings.
