Line a large baking sheet with foil and spray with no stick spray, set aside. Unwrap mint candies and put in Ziploc bag, use a rolling pen to smash candy into small pieces. Prepare vanilla candy coating and melt according to microwave directions and immediately pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle crushed mints over the candy and spread with spatula. Cool to room temp for 4 hours or quick cool in fridge for 1 1/2 hours. Once set break into pieces.
