     Ermerald Rice

Ingredients
3 cups cooked rice
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 cup (4 ozs.) shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup half and half cream
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 Tbsp butter
1 tsp salt
 

Instructions
In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Transfer to a greased 1 1/2 qt baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 for 25-35- minutes or till heated through.
