Ingredients
3 1/2 pounds of cooked/chopped ground beef
4 Med large onions cut up
(1) 29 oz & (1) 15 oz tomato sauce
(1) 12 oz tomato paste
Garlic powder & oregano to taste
Parmesan cheese grated
(1 med) Small curd cottage cheese or ricotta cheese
8 cups or more of shredded mozzarella cheese
 

Instructions
Meat Sauce- Sautee onions, then add hamburger and cook till done. Drain grease, salt & pepper. Add tomato sauce and paste. Let cook, add garlic powder and oregano to taste. (remember, garlic gets stronger as it sits). Put sauce aside. Boil 1 box lasagna noodles as directed, butter pan (optional). Drain and rinse
Layer 1st layer – Lasagna noodles 2nd layer – portion of meat sauce (approx 1/3) 3rd layer – ricotta or cottage cheese 4th layer – thin layer of parmesan cheese 5th layer – 1/3 of the amt of mozzarella cheese
Repeat everything except meat sauce & mozzarella cheese 3 times & end up with meat and mozzarella cheese on top. Bake 325 degrees’ for 25 minutes foil covered and 20 minutes uncovered. Enjoy!
