     Mexican - Smothered Burritos

Ingredients
1 can (10 oz.) green enchilada sauce
3/4 c. salsa verde
1 lb. ground beef
4 flour tortillas (10 in.)
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, divided
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a bowl, mix enchilada sauce and salsa verde.
In a skillet, cook beef over medium heat 8-10 mins. or until no longer pink, breaking into crumbles; drain. Stir in 1/2 c. sauce mixture.
Spoon 2/3 c. beef mixture across center of each tortilla; top each with 3 T. cheese. Fold bottom and sides or tortilla over filling and roll up.
Place in a greased 11 x 7-in. baking dish. Pour remaining sauce mixture over top; sprinkle with remaining 3/4 c. cheese. Bake, uncovered, 10-15 mins. or until cheese is melted.
