     Ham and Cheese Potato Casserole

Ingredients
2 cans condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. water
1/2 t.s pepper
2 pkg. (28 oz.) frozen O'Brien potatoes
1 pkg. (16 oz.) Velveeta cheese, cubed
2 1/2 c. cubed fully cooked ham
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, mix soup, sour cream, water, and pepper until blended. Stir in potatoes, cheese and ham.
Transfer to two greased 11 x 7-in. baking dishes. Bake casseroles, covered, 40 mins. Uncover; bake 10-15 mins. longer or until bubbly. Let stand 10 mins. before serving.
