     Broccoli Cornbread

Ingredients
1 stick butter
2 pkgs. jiffy cornbread mix
4 eggs
1 bag, thawed chopped broccoli
10 or 12 oz small curd cottage cheese
 
Instructions
melt butter in metal pan, mix jiffy cornbread mix with eggs, add broccoli and cottage cheese. Bake at 400 for 30-40 minutes or till lightly browned.
