     Egg Salad

Ingredients
8 eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp prepared yellow mustard
1/4 cup chopped green onion
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp paprika
pinch of sugar
 

Instructions
Boil eggs. Cool a bit; take shells off and cool eggs completely in refrigerator. Chop eggs.
Place chopped eggs in bowl and stir in other ingredients. Chill. Serve with bread or crackers.
