     Squash Casserole

Ingredients
1 large onion
1 stick butter
5 cups uncooked yellow squash
1 cup cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
2 beaten eggs
1-6 oz. box stove top stuffing mix/savory herb
grated cheddar cheese
 
Instructions
Cook onions and squash, drain and mash. Add all ingredients except cheese, pour into cake pan, top with cheese and bake at 300 for 30 minutes
