2 tsps. dry yeast dissolved in 1 1/2 cup lukewarm water
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 egg
6 Tbsp butter
5 cups flour
Instructions
Mix dry ingredients, add yeast and knead to soft consistency. Let rise 2 hours, form into rolls 12-16 per sheet, let rise 2 more hours. bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes
