Cover bottom of roasting pan with oil, mince garlic and cook, add hamburger and cook till brown with onions, add green beans, carrots and cabbage, mix accent and eggs and add last of all. Cook till tender. Tear apart lumpia shells and keep wrapped until ready to use. Cook cornstarch and water until pasty. Put about 1 Tbsp. filling in each lumpia then roll over once, fold in sides and continue to roll. At the end use cornstarch mixture to seal. Freeze in Ziploc's until ready to use. Fry in hot oil till lightly brown. Goes great with the Pineapple Sauce recipe!
