     Buck Eyes

Category   Desserts - Breads
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
1½ cup creamy peanut butter
1 stick softened butter
½ tsp. vanilla
3 cups powdered sugar
Chocolate Candy Coating

Instructions
Instructions In large bowl combing the peanut butter, butter, and vanilla until creamy. Slowly add in the powdered sugar until it's all combined. Roll the dough into about nickle to quarter sized balls. Put the balls on a a wax paper lined cookie sheet and let them cool in the fridge. Melt the Chocolate Candy Coating as directed. Dip the peanut butter balls in the melted chocolate leaving a small circle on the top so it resembles a the nut from a Buckeye tree. I usually put a tooth pick in the peanut butter ball and that helps in the dipping process. Put the dipped buckeye back on the wax paper. Let cool and set. Enjoy!
