Dissolve jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add ice cubes to a cup and fill with cold water. Stir until dissolved. Set aside for 5 min. to cool.
With elec. mixer stir in instant pudding (dry) to jello. (a whisk works fine) Beating until pudding is well mixed. Let stand for 15 min. Fold in thawed Cool Whip Free and the oranges.
Serving size 1 cup.
