1 (10 oz) can pineapple chunks, drain and save juice
1/4 c white vinegar
1/2 c water
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions
Mix sugar, salt and cornstarch Add vinegar and water and cook 5 min. Add pineapple juice and cook another 5 min. Add green pepper, pineapple chunks and cherries. Brown sausage, cut in chunks and add to sauce. Serve warm.
