With high speed mixer cream butter, oil, and sugar till light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. Sift dry ingredients and add to egg mixture on low speed. Gradually add milk and vanilla. Pour into lightly greased tube or bundt pan. Bake 90 minutes on 350. When cake is cool removed from pan and serve plain or drizzled with chocolate frosting.
