     Toffee Cup Cakes

Ingredients
1 cup milk powder (I have used Regilait milk powder)
1/2 cup sunflower oil or vegetable oil
3/4 cup sugar (I have used 1/2 cup sugar)
1 teaspoon vanilla powder or vanilla essence
3 eggs
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cup self-raising flour
 

Instructions
Put milk powder in a pan on low heat and stir till it turn light brown, don't leave the pan alone or else it will burn. Whisk the eggs and put aside. Little by little add the eggs and stir one at a time the other ingredients to create a smooth paste. Pour into muffin cases and bake on 180c for 20 minutes. They came really moist. To serve put some Toffee syrup or melted caramel. Enjoy --) Hope you like them!!
