Sift together flour, sugar salt. In a saucepan bring to a boil, butter, cocoa and water. Then add eggs, buttermilk, baking soda and vanilla. Mix and pour onto a cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
Icing- In a saucepan mix butter, cocoa and milk, bring to a boil and remove from heat and add powdered sugar and pecans. Pour over warm cake.
