Mix graham crackers and 1 cup of sugar and butter and press into a 9x13 Pyrex dish. Combine eggs, remaining sugar and softened cream cheese. Beat until fluffy. Spread over crust and bake for 20 minutes at 350. Cool completely
If using dream whip, mix by directions on package, combine milk with instant pudding then add cinnamon and nutmeg or pumpkin spice, fold into whipped cream and spread on cooled cake. can garnish with nuts
