     Pumpkin Cake

Ingredients
1-16 oz can pumpkin
2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
4 lightly beaten eggs
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
 
Frosting- 1-3 oz. pkg cream cheese, softenend
5 Tbsp butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla
1 3/4 cups powder sugar
3-4 tsp milk
chopped nuts

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, beat pumpkin, sugar and oil. Add eggs and mix well. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt, add to pumpkin mixture and beat till well blended. Pour into greased 13x9 pan and bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or till done. Cool
Frosting- Beat cheese, butter and vanilla in mixing bowl till smooth, add powder sugar and milk and mix till frosting consistency. Frost cake and sprinkle with mixed nuts.
