     Yummy Peach Cake

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup buttermilk
 
1 cup oil
3 beaten eggs
1 cup chopped pecans
1 1/2 cup peeled sliced peached (may used canned)
Topping- 1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup butter
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup buttermilk

Instructions
Cake- Preheat oven to 300. Grease Bundt pan with cooking spray. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl, in another bowl combine, vanilla, buttermilk, oil and eggs. Add buttermilk mixture to dry ingredients and blend with mixer. Fold in nuts and peaches and pour into prepared pan. Bake one hour till firm.
Topping- As cake is baking, mix all sauce ingredients in saucepan, bring to boil over medium heat stirring constantly. Reduce heat and continue cooking until slightly thick. Immediately upon removing cake from oven, slowly pour sauce over cake. As cake soak s into cake continue to pour until all sauce is used. Cool and turn out onto a large cake plate.
