Preheat oven to 375. Grease 15x10x1 inch baking pan and line with parchment paper. Grease and flour the paper. In a large bowl, beat eggs on high for 5 minutes. Gradually add the sugar and pumpkin. Add flour, cinnamon and baking soda, spread batter evenly in pan and sprinkle nuts all over top. Bake for 15 minutes. Immediately turn out onto linen towel dusted with powder sugar. Peel off paper and roll cake up in towel, starting with short end. Cool
Filling- mix confectioners sugar, vanilla, butter and cream cheese together until smooth. Carefully unroll cake, spread filling over cake to within 1 inch of edges. Roll up again , cover and chill till ready to serve. Dust with additional confectioners sugar if desired.
