In large pan combine fruit juices, waters and pectin over medium heat. Bring to a boil and add sugar, stirring constantly bring it to a rolling boil and boil 1 minute, remove from heat and skim off foam. Stir in tequila, lime zest and food coloring, place a lime strip in each jar, spoon jelly into jars, cover and cool to room temperature. Store in refrigerator, serve with cream cheese and pretzel chip.
