1 1/2 lbs Cremini mushrooms
3 cloves Garlic
1 Onion
1/2 tsp Thyme, dried
4 cups Chicken broth
1 cup Heavy cream
1/4 cup Butter, unsalted
1 cup Red wine
2 tbsp Cornstarch
 
salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Place all ingredients in slow cooker/crock pot & cook on high for 30 minutes to an hour.
