Servings   3 cups

1 cup almonds, soaked overnight in water
3 cups filter water
2 medijool dates, pitted
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Soak almonds overnight in water. Strain soaked almonds and place in blender. Add 3 cups water, pitted dates, and vanilla and process until smooth.
Pour the milk into a nut filter back or use cheese cloth doubled over. Squeeze all the liquid from the pulp into a bowl. Transfer to a glass jar and store in refrigerator. Good for 3-4 days.
