Beat the 225gr butter with 225g sugar, gradually add 4 beaten eggs and a teaspoon of vanilla extract. Add 225g of sifted flour and mix again. Preheat oven at 180 and pour mixture in a muffin tin about 1 teaspoon of mixture per round. Bake for 15 mins, cool completely.

Dissolve 1 pkt of orange jelly powder in 250ml boiling water. For extra orange flavour i added 200ml of orange juice instead of water. Add the orange zest for extra flavour. Pour into a baking tray to get a thin layer of jelly. Cool until solid in the fridge. With a round shape cut the jelly in smaller circles then sponge and place on top.

Dissolve 2 cooking chocolate bars over a bain marie. Cool down as much as possible and pour over the jelly and sponge with a spoon. I let them cool completely in the fridge. You can serve as soon as the chocolate solidifies.
