     Deviled Eggs

One Dozen eggs
1/2 cup mayo
3 tbs. sweet pickle relish
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
Salt and Pepper to taste

Boil eggs, cool.
Cut eggs in half. Remove yolks.
Mix together yolks, mayo, relish, salt & pepper.
Spoon into eggs, top with paprika. Refrigerate.
