1/2 cup mayo

3 tbs. sweet pickle relish

2 tsp. Dijon mustard

Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions |

|
Boil eggs, cool.
|
|
|
Cut eggs in half. Remove yolks.
|
|
|
Mix together yolks, mayo, relish, salt & pepper.
|
|
|
Spoon into eggs, top with paprika. Refrigerate.
