Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil the chicken breasts to make shredding easier; About 8/10 minutes. Shred each chicken breast & set aside in bowl. Roll out the crescents, Place about 1 tablespoon of shredded chicken onto each crescent and roll. Place in 9x13 baking dish seam side down. Bake until rolls start to look golden brown (10 minutes). Pour the soup over the rolls and continue to bake for 10 minutes more. Top with shredded cheese and continue to bake until cheese is all melted.
