1 cup fresh mint leaves, press leaves till the cup is full
1/2 cup sugar (you can add more sugar if you like it more sweety)
Instructions
To decorate-
Melted chocolate or nutella, coconuts and mint
leaf.
Method-
Beat sugar and eggs until creamy, add yogurt.
Add the other ingredients to the creamy
mixture, except those to decorate. Beat till
they are combined, not over beating. Grease a
baking tin and bake on 180c for 45-60 minutes.
Taste delicious --)
Method for Mint syrup-
Put sugar and water in pan and bring it to the boil, until sugar
dissolves. Rinse mint leaves. Take the pan from the heat and put
the mint leaves in the pan. Every now and then, press the leaves
with a fork. Leave them in the pan till the syrup gets cold.
After, put a funnel in a bottle or a jar and with a sieve drain
the leaves. Put it in the fridge. Now the mint syrup is ready to
use it --)
