Cut bacon into small pieces and brown slowly in a medium saucepan. Drain bacon. Remove fat except for 1 tablespoon. Add onion to the pan and cook until translucent. Add beans, BBQ sauce, ketchup, mustard, hot sauce and W sauce.
Simmer 30 minutes.
Mix in bacon before service and let heat through, about 5 minutes.
Add water if the beans become too thick.
