1. Preheat oven to 325, and lightly coat a 9 inch pan with cooking spray.
2. Lightly coat a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Cook the broccoli over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add Spinach and cook.
3. In a large bowl, whisk the egg whites, basil, and pepper until lightly frothy. Add the vegetables. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, and bake at 325°F for 25-30 minutes
