     Carrot Cake

2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
3 cups shredded carrots
1 cup oil
4 eggs
Cream Cheese Frosting-
1 tub cream cheese
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 tsp vanilla
almost whole box of powdered sugar.

Combine all cake ingredients together.
Bake in two 9 inch round pans. 350 for 50-60 minutes.
When cool frost with cream cheese frosting.
